Dr. Usmani:Wonderful and gracious doctor, she is caring, supportive, kind and as busy as she is she takes time with her patients, Dr. Usmani looks out for the best results to take care and assist her patients. You can contact her and immediately she responds. If a phone call is needed and she cannot immediately get to you, she has her assistant contact you. My Cart always has her results and answers any medical questions. We need more professional doctors just like her. Much respect to the entire practice.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Usmani. She makes the appointment comfortable and again, listens to your concerns and works with you to come up with a game plan. She offers suggestions. And, she does it all with a smile.

She was kind, professional and is responsive after visit with discussing labs and instructions. I am not sure she understood what my symptoms were that I was trying to explain, but the ones bothering me the most were not in her clinical notes. .

Dr Usmani is always accessible (via MyChart messaging) and responsive. She is very knowledgeable regarding the treatment of my osteoporosis and, when it comes to answering my questions, forever patient. I feel so fortunate to be in her care.

Dr. Usmani is an excellent listener and explains things clearly. I’m very grateful to have found her several years ago. She has helped me lower my A1C and is always helpful and accessible when I have questions. Even with the shortage of endocrinologists nationwide and in Albany, she makes time to respond to emails and provide thoughtful care. The other staff in the office, are wonderful too. This is a reflection of the positive and supportive office environment.

Dr. Usmani is so kind, and caring, she treats her patients like one of her family members. Explains every detail and makes appointments so that she has ample time to meet and talk with you. She explains test results, any needed changes to improve your medical condition. She respects patient confidentiality and when she responds to my Chart questions, she does not delay and assist in full explanation. We love her and highly recommend any and every one we know to see her as a patient. Deepest Respect for her as a person and a Doctor.
