It's a doctors office, I had an issue and needed help which they provided. Hackensack should survey their answering service which needs help and leave the doctors to do their job. I do not like calling and having to provide info then wait while someone processes the info and then they contact your dooctors office, in the mean time 15 minutes passed by.

It was as close to a perfect visit as possible. Seen quickly at the front desk. Short wait time to see the Doctor. The purpose of the visit was accomplished, and I was out in less than an hour. I strongly commend the staff as being friendly and knowledgeable. And the visit didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Dr. Patel combines her Extreme Medical Knowledge with a soft caring approach to her patients, which allows for comfortable exchange. Very caring, very relaxing. I have become more interested in my overall health because of her. I look forward to every appointment I have with her.

Great visit! Addressed my health concerns, through assessment of my issue and appropriate diagnosis/prescription. Even got a follow up note on the portal with additional information on my treatment plan and well wishes on my upcoming travels. Thank you!
