The MyChart meeting did not work for some reason. I could see myself in the meeting, but the doctor could not. He quickly moved to the phone and we tried again without success. We continued via phone.

I worked with Dr. Sakbani for 4 months. We had multiple video sessions, which were on time and very productive, resolving my medical issue. I found the video calls more productive than going to the office.

Provider did not listen and frequently spoke over me. He didn't know who i was or why I was there. When I asked questions he became defensive.

Gave me "extra" information that CPAP machines are not covered by Medicare. I will be going on Medicare in about 10 months, so I will take advantage of this information and get a CPAP machine now!
