I was under the impression that this was to be an hour long session but it was not and at the end I felt rushed. I should have been told it was a 30 minute long session.

I feel encouraged and energized after the first session w Elizabeth. She helped me see it is possible to be successful on my health journey. It feels daunting at times but I’m glad to have Elizabeth and the rest of team to help me reach my health and weight goals

Liz has been the greatest provider I have had, just with the way she carry’s herself and communicates. It’s kind and intentional. She has been impressive in comparison to other providers I have seen over the last two years and I can’t count how many hospitals. She stands out in a positive way and the hospital that has her representing them should feel lucky

Elizabeth is one of the best, she's forever displaying a smile which instantly lifts my spirits if I'm down. She really makes me feel like she cares, she's extremely mindful of my time and never late for the appointment. I'm blessed to have her as my Practitioner she's amazing. 😍

Ms.Miwa explains everything and makes suggestions so that I can understand them, she treats me with respect.
