Dr. Shah practices with empathy and advocacy. Her aptitude to educate me pre-, during and post-procedure was excellent. She explained steps of diagnostic and treatment in an eloquent manner. Dr. Shah listened.
Dr. Shah and Medical Assistant Akayla went above and beyond providing care of me. They both listened to my concerns with attention and respect, and proceded to coordinate interventions immediately.
It is evident when provider and staff members practice with humane approach and I commend them for this level of patient care.
