Dr. Mendenhall has always given me the time to answer all my questions. It’s just hard to be in pain so long and then having to wait another week in pain hoping to get relieve. There wasn’t anything Dr. Mendenhall could do since he isn’t a specialist.

Of the other attributes I named, the most important one is respect, and Dr. Mendenhall displays that every time I visit. He actually spends time just getting to know me and my lifestyle to better attend to any medical issues I may have.

Charting and computers are inefficient and they change systems too much. I have no clue how to acces on my phone. Like appointment reminders . Not a ludite but the phone is hard for me.

Mitchell Mendenhall is very compassionate and is definitely NOT the type of physician to treat you as if you're ignorant when medical terminologies are used. If you ask a question he will explain it in, as I call it, layman's terms. And that, is extremely appreciated
