While some might interpret his business-like demeanor as impersonal, I did not and appreciate his professional relationship and that he did not judge my (hopefully temporary, medication-related) inability to quickly recall and respond to cognitive questions he posed.

First of all, his expertise and competence. I felt nothing but trust and comfort in his testing and diagnosis as to what needed to be done. Also, numbers of folks, who know him, also highly recommended him. His diagnosis, presentations of options and procedures, and clarity made choices simple and comfortable. I felt totally at ease -- a blessed factor.
