Que no agan esperar tanto tiempo si yo ubiese llegado 5 min tarfe no me atienden, pero ellos te asen esperar 1 hota 11 min (English translation: Don't make us wait so long. If I had arrived 5 minutes late, they wouldn't have seen me, but they make you wait 1 hour and 11 minutes.)

He’s a great Doctor, but needs another doctor in his field to help. The other doctor left for another job 18 months ago and they never replaced her. I get the feeling you have the same problems elsewhere in the clinic.
