That’s woman has single-handedly saved my life and given me hope. I fought for years and years to find a therapist to help me to overcome issues that have been ongoing and affected my quality of life. I had lost hope until I met Jaqueline! I’m so thankful for her support and guidance! This experience has been unlike any other therapy experience! I can’t even begin to share how grateful I am for our work together! Ive recommended her to others already and I just can’t thank her enough’

Excellence began with Dr [ ]. She was aware of my appointment with jackaline for later that day and as telehealth visit. Jackaline was patient kept excellent recall of family, work history, school and much more. She didn’t seem to get lost and still got her questions asked and answered.

Jaqueline is professional. She has taken the time to explain everything. I’ve been extremely impressed with her work and dedication to her profession. Jaqueline has been very supportive and helpful in helping me work through my issues. She is an absolute asset to the behavioral health team. Thank you.

Jacqueline and her team are honestly very caring, helpful and patient in their care!! She is really helping me understand myself and how to look at life & myself. I recently had a [ ] at Health Park! All aspects of the procedure and personnel were superb but I would like to praise my nurse for an outstanding performance in all parts of the experience. Theresa was so helpful and professional every step of the way, especially in the [ ]. I'm not a great fan of [ ] but she made it so easy. Even my wife, who was a nurse for 50 years, gave her high marks in every part of the experience. She has a very relaxing approach and a great smile, hope I see her again for my next visit([ ]. [ ]
