At 73, I have certainly seen my fair share of doctors and have a basis of comparison. I have a wonderful surgeon and a wonderful GP. Doctor has referred me to some great specialists too. So that works. I feel that I am in good hands with my care team.

I liked Sandra when I first met her when she came to the practice a few years ago, however, my last several encounters with her have left me feeling not heard or seen. When I was discussing concerns from my recent blood work, after we discussed something, she curtly asked-What else? I certainly didn’t feel heard. And please tell her to stop addressing her patients as “Dear”. She called me this twice. It is off-putting and condescending. I will not return to this practice.
