My appointment was at 9:15 I arrived 45 before my appointment time. I was called back to the back at 9:20am waited 45mins in severe pain. I had my wife to go see what going on after waiting 45 mins after being called to the back. Tech stated it was 2 people ahead of us and I really wish I would’ve known that before check in and paying my copay. We decided to go to the hospital bc I couldn’t take the pain. I was checked in and treated at the hospital as soon as I got there and treated within a very reasonable time 2hrs. It should be no reason my primary care provider doctor office should have took longer than a hospital. I was very disappointed.

Dr. O's bedside manner and relatability was top notch today. She was extremely personable. She was also very thorough, digging into my chart to review past experiences. In doing so, she found that I was about a year overdue on my annual Physical, so we got that on the calendar. I'm truly appreciative.
