Every aspect of my 20 May visit, from check-in, wait time and all staff were excellent. Kudos to RN Jenny, the 2nd nurse who gathered all my info (I can't recall her name) and Dr Hoffman.

I loved your Hospital from the moment i walked in.
It is clean, comfortable, friendly.
The check in, the tests and information gathering from the Two wonderful nurses and Dr.Hoffman were amazing.
It was perfect.

A++++. The nurses preceding Dr Hoffman were thorough and wonderful and Dr Hoffman was efficient, a great listener and also very thorough. Very impressed with the pre-op experience. I did not feel like it was a waste of time. It was comprehensive and Dr Hoffman even asked me to send along an operative anesthesia report from an earlier surgery, so the anesthesiologist would have some background.

The entire process, which is still ongoing, has been very professional. It's arguably some of the most attentive care I have received from a medical organization in my experience. Especially in the way of communication by the entire team throughout the process.

I thought the PT appointment was not as good as other experiences at HSS. Expected more guidance and confidence boost for upcoming surgery. Quickly pointing out some things in the booklet without any demonstration on how to
Perform the exercises was not very thorough. Did not feel much concern or passion
For the patient. Perhaps I was expecting too much. Maybe this is part of your outline for pre op knee replacement.
