Dr. D is awesome! She is always very attentive, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and makes me feel heard and cared for. I completely trust her with my care and feel very comfortable knowing I'm in such good hands. I highly recommend Dr. D!

You can speak openly with Dr D. She explains things clearly, reviews testing/lab results in a way that is understandable, and addresses any & all questions and concerns. She is an outstanding Provider- I trust her completely with my care.

It was fine. It was an unplanned visit (not a routine physical) and I was able to arrange the visit quickly and was seen quickly as well.

My daughter's appointment was in the morning. They couldn't get me until the afternoon, but I went with her and they managed to squeeze me in and get my stuff done then. I was happy about it. I said everybody was so great, but then my daughter told me later that they were talking about me at the desk when I was back in the room, saying now they're behind schedule and they were like talking about me, but it wasn't me that did it. It was one of the girls that worked there asked me if I wanted to have my appointment right then and there so we didn't have to come back. So I didn't appreciate that.

The office manager was unpleasant as she told me that Virtua would it take my insurance. She tried to turn me away even so I'm a returning patient. I had to agree to pay cash to be seen. All this made the appointment very late. She later apologized as Virtua does indeed take my insurance. She was confused but very adamant that she was correct.
