I had a ? about something that I was approved for and he looked it up for me to see who ordered the test. To me that was impressive. He explained things to me so I didn't get nervous.

Dr. Miranda did everything right - He has a good 'bedside manner', he's clearly knowledgeable, and he did his best to listen to my concerns. I had the feeling (which may or may not have been justified) that he didn't entirely believe me, though. It's understandable - Who would suffer an interminable cough for 20 years and not get it treated? Unfortunately, me. Despite hundreds of people telling me that I need to do something about it. Anyway, he did try to help, and I appreciate that.
