Samantha was. The quality of care provided in this office is professional, caring and considerate! I am so happy I was able to switch to this office.

I was feeling quite sick...staff was a great and so kind! Additionally, Samantha was fabulous...listened and explained well...but also seemed to really care that I was sick...I have never had such a positive appointment in my life!!! Seriously these are kind people!!! Thank you

This was my first visit with Samantha. I was very pleased when I left, at her timeliness, friendliness, shared wisdom, respectful approach , calm and presence with me and my family member also! I felt heard and comorted in erms of my concerns -though soe of them require action and haling!

This my first visit with Samantha and I found her to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the reason I was there. She took time to include me in my care. I was extremely happy with her. I am thrilled to have her on my team for my medical care.

Samantha did an excellent job listening to my situation and made an excellent game plan. I feel comfortable if there is a need for me to follow up again with any concerns or questions about lab work.

I found all the staff there very friendly and courteous that is an added boost to the satisfaction of the patients in my opinion.

Samantha Mintert demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in showing attentiveness and professionalism. She is a rare gem for the medical field!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
As I age, I find I need from Doctor and Samantha Mintert more information regarding my test results. I expressed concern over severe hip and lower back pain. X-rays showed no problem, yet I cannot sleep due to pain. I would like to receive more help other than heat and ice and ibuprofen. Those have never worked. Someone to explain the test results of low VD to me as well? Test results need an in person call to explain it. Yes, it takes more time but that is what it takes to have quality care. Speed does not equal understanding.

Samantha was professional yet personable. She was knowledgeable about diagnosing my condition. Because of my pre-existing medical conditions, she ensured the medication prescribed would not interfere with my autoimmune medicines.
