[Staff] and Samantha were excellent. Pleasant, answered all questions, seemed to know who I was and what I needed, explained everything easily. Made me feel very secure in their knowledge.

As always, interaction with my NP was carried out in a professional manner but with attention to the personnel aspect, of any communication, when one shares that which brought them to the office.

You have excellent nurse practitioner. I prefer them over anybody. They always listen even when I have too many questions or I'm whining about this or that. I just really appreciate being heard and understood and trying to get my issues resolved, which anyway, I appreciate that.

Samantha Minnard listens carefully. She asked me if there was anything else that I wanted to bring up, which I really appreciate. She didn't rush me. I just really like her, and I felt like the nurse was also very, very nice. So I give them all a 10. It was a great experience.

I love the staff. I love my Samantha. Everybody is wonderful. I will always recommend those doctors to anyone that asks me about a doctor. I have nothing but highness scores for them because they're awesome.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I am very please to have Samantha Mintert treating me when I can’t see my primary doctor. She listens to all questions explaining tests results so that you have a better understanding of what they mean. She offers several treatment plans giving you the choice to decide, instead of telling you that you have to do it her way. Because of her knowledge I will be getting the treatment needed knowing that I had someone who listened to me. Hope that I have the opportunity to see her again and will be requesting her the next time my primary is not available.

I'm very impressed with Samantha. She always treats me with respect and works hard to make sure I get what I need. I was in alot of pain when I saw her and she made sure I was taken care of with the correct medication. She is great!
