Dr. Minter went out of his way to help me and made extra effort to get me to a specialist. He speaks in a language I can understand and not only listens to, but addresses with action, my concerns and questions. We went through it together. {Patient] is smiling all the time and that's important because you may not be looking forward to what's next.

The reason for the average trust rating is because of it being my first visit.My Dr. (Minter) was awesome. Your survey only gives good or great. I would rank my visit better than that. Very good communication. Seemed to address my concerns a little above and beyond. Again, my first visit.
