I've seen Dr. Minnicino about seven times since February 2025. Each time she's asked me questions about my medical history and every time I must correct her as to having already had numerous surgeries. She does not always review my chart prior to my arrival, and I'm left to remind her to check the notes of the specialists... today was the same! This time I insisted that she review, not only the lab work she had requested, but also the lab work that was requested by the specialists. Her excuse was that she can't always read what the other doctors have notated. NOT A VALID EXCUSE! All lab work IS available on mychart, especially when it HAS been reviewed by the doctor with whom the lab work was requested. She is not consistently thorough. She seems to be "absent minded".
