I respect and love working with my doctor (Dr. Shukla). She is knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, listens, takes time to explain, She takes time to consider and take next actions. I was very fortunate to become her patient earlier this summer. Only drawback is I have to travel 35-40 minutes to get to the office. Nice to have free parking.

Very courteous and friendly staff. My new doctor took much time to meet and speak with me. She is willing to work together with me to plan and execute my care. I was very satisfied with my initial visit. Parking is great!

My wife and I have been using UAB Family Medicine for years, first with Dr. [ ] and now with Dr. Shukla. We have always been pleased with the care from these two doctors and the nurses and other personnel at UAB.
