The NP was dismissive and didn’t even touch me after I waited greater than an hour to get to the exam room.

The Nurse Practitioner assigned did zero history check and simply walked in and said I had some unrelated problem. Extremely poor interpersonal communication skills and made me feel like I was keeping her from something more important.

Overall, the experience was good and I would definitely come back. The NP I saw was very nice, listened well, and gave me good instructions; however, she did use cuss words twice during my visit which just seemed unprofessional to me.

I felt like I was being a bother to the provider. The provider interaction was brief and not thorough. I left feeling like I had made a mistake in seeking treatment.
