Staff is nice . Doctor was very nice.
Check I process is tedious. Online and in person. Repetitive. That’s my only insignificant complaint.

Dr. e. Ng was a very caring and informative doctor. She spent time reviewing my diagnosis with detailed information and guidance for preventative measures.
The people at the front desk were also very friendly and efficient, as was the PA, Shahir that took me back for my exam.

Dr.Lee gave me an excellent exam as well as great advice to prevent having a bloody eye come on suddenly.I appreciated his generosity in offering free samples of anti-itch liquid drops.I would be happy to recommend him whole heartidly.

I was greeted by the staff upon arrival. My testing was started within 10 minutes of my arrival and was seen by the doctor exactly on time! The doctor explained everything to me and asked if I had any concerns about my condition.

He is very likable and was even willing to come in to do my eye surgery on his vacation week. Explains everything that you want to know and his staff is very pleasant. I travel 53 miles to get to his office.

Waiting time was reasonable. The optometrist was amiable and professional. I'm not a good candidate for eye drops or the glaucoma test.
There was a short wait for the optician (Robert) because someone was ahead of me being helped. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. I should have my new prescription eyeglasses within two weeks.

Dr. Brottman performed Cataract surgery on me this past November. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. During my follow-up appointments, his approach was the same. He showed patience and was very responsive to all my concerns. The surgery itself went well and I’m very pleased with the results.

I am experiencing a complex eye sight problem. Dr. Senghani was very thorough in examine me and explaining the situation. She answered my many questions thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied. The staff was also professional. Overall, a great experience.
