She truly reaches out to give you best medical care possible. I'm handicapped and it's hard for me to get to the office. She makes it a point to set up telehealth visits to help you with your needs. Also, to be updated on current medication and health issues you are having.

NP Jennifer Milchak is a very competent, professional, patient, knowledgeable & interested in my inquiries & health issues. She followed-up with inquiries with the doctors she referred me for further testing to try & find out what is causing my particular health issue. She also inquired about her instructions regarding the follow-up to medications she prescribed. She has great bedside manners. She is a wonderful & professional medical Nurse Practioner.
