My visit on October 6TH was friendly/helpful and I felt I was in excellent hands beginning at check in and my appointment with Dr. Mike Khieu He listened, asked many questions and gave me information to help me understand the issue and moving forward to good health. Very helpful in making sure I understood about an Echo as well as Pet Scan to better understand what I may be dealing with. I must say my mind was put at ease following my appointment knowing I am in good caring hands.

I enjoyed Dr. Khieu and his staff. They were all very courteous and friendly. I had a good experience. I like Mike's easy demeanor.

Dr. Mike Khieu is very knowledgeable about my cardiac and vascular issues. He explained my most recent tests and assured me that my numbers have all improved. He was happy with my overall health. He has a wonderful "bedside manner". He listens to my concerns and provides clear instructions. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great cardiologist.

Everyone with whom my son and I interfaced treated us extremely well, especially considering we missed our appointed time and arrived late. All listened well and provided excellent information. Due to time constraints, discussions were kept short.

My experience was very positive. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Dr.Khieu is concerned about my health. Dr. Khieu gives advice in a caring way. He has a calm demeanor that is contagious. I feel calm whenever I come for a visit.

I have personally referred several people to Dr. Mike Khieu. I think he is a wonderful doctor, so pleased with his care. Always is encouraging, answers all questions, has a very positive attitude and seems happy to see me. Hope he never leaves Renown Cardio team.

I left feedback on the computer. The doctor is 100%. He works very well with Dr. Safde. They work in conjunction with each other and he knows his stuff. He cares very much for Grant and I'm his wife and I appreciate everything he does for my husband. Thank you, doctor, and I hope this helps you and I hope my thing on computer helps you also. I have great confidence in Dr Khieu and the staff, however, scheduling an appointment or a follow-up appointment is almost impossible and extremely frustrating. I almost gave a lower evaluation ONLY because of the scheduling. I have no confidence that anyone will call me when the schedule for follow-up or new appointments open up. My husband is looking for a cardiologist and no longer feels that Renown is a good place for that treatment.

Quality health care in the Reno area is a steep challenge. Each year that goes by it seems more and more difficult to find reliable opportunities. I would strongly suggest administrators take a close look at the model used by Mayo Clinic in Phoenix where I often go for treatment with a higher degree of confidence! Reno, no referral no treatment. Mayo Clinic, how can we help you-

First time visit and I felt at ease and relaxed and could explain my situation while the doctor understood what I was saying. He explained in detail what my next steps are to be. I have every confidence in him as my Cardio doctor.

The Phy Asst' and Dr Khieu were great. Checked details carefully and reviewed files in advance. Excellent listener, was reassuring, used facts, statistics, underscored his experience with my symptoms. Reviewed testing options and follow up choices.

The receptionist were pleasant and very professional. My first visit with Dr. Khieu was excellent. I really like him and feel very comfortable with him as my doctor. My experience with Renown since I moved here eight years ago has been wonderful.
