Quality health care in the Reno area is a steep challenge. Each year that goes by it seems more and more difficult to find reliable opportunities. I would strongly suggest administrators take a close look at the model used by Mayo Clinic in Phoenix where I often go for treatment with a higher degree of confidence! Reno, no referral no treatment. Mayo Clinic, how can we help you-

First time visit and I felt at ease and relaxed and could explain my situation while the doctor understood what I was saying. He explained in detail what my next steps are to be. I have every confidence in him as my Cardio doctor.

Follow up appointments within time frame refer are NEVER AVAILABLE and have to be put on wait list. Totally unacceptable

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Khieu and the entire staff. I find everyone very courteous, but Dr. Kew answers my questions thoroughly and completely, and I find him very patient. I appreciate everybody that I have come in contact with there. Thank you. Goodbye.

The Phy Asst' and Dr Khieu were great. Checked details carefully and reviewed files in advance. Excellent listener, was reassuring, used facts, statistics, underscored his experience with my symptoms. Reviewed testing options and follow up choices.

The receptionist were pleasant and very professional. My first visit with Dr. Khieu was excellent. I really like him and feel very comfortable with him as my doctor. My experience with Renown since I moved here eight years ago has been wonderful.

Entered Renown facility and the fire alarm had gone off. I was still allowed to use the elevator and arriving at the third floor for Cardiology ; not one staff member told me that this was a fire or a fire drill and I should leave the building.

Dr Khieu is the best there is. listens to you, asks the right questions, involves you in the decisions by giving you options and recommendations. Best cardiologist in Reno for sure!

Sydney that checked me in the office . She was amazing, the compassion she showed for this gentleman that was there , a disabled gentleman, and the time that she spent to help him and get phone number for someplace he needed to make an appointment. You just don’t see that much anymore. It was so great to see that. I really liked the doctor a lot. He was great and the lady that did my EKG was also very nice. A great office!

Dr. Khieu is one of the most attentive cardiologists I've had since I've been going to Renown. And I think everyone would like to see him because I sure think he explains things. Or sometimes cardiologists don't explain things, but he is good explaining to me and listening to me. That's all I have to say. Thank you.
