I left feedback on the computer. The doctor is 100%. He works very well with Dr. Safde. They work in conjunction with each other and he knows his stuff. He cares very much for Grant and I'm his wife and I appreciate everything he does for my husband. Thank you, doctor, and I hope this helps you and I hope my thing on computer helps you also. I have great confidence in Dr Khieu and the staff, however, scheduling an appointment or a follow-up appointment is almost impossible and extremely frustrating. I almost gave a lower evaluation ONLY because of the scheduling. I have no confidence that anyone will call me when the schedule for follow-up or new appointments open up. My husband is looking for a cardiologist and no longer feels that Renown is a good place for that treatment.

Felt heard and my input respected. Dr Khieu was very informative and made me feel like I was in the hands of someone I could trust with my life. Left the appointment feeling very positive.

Quality health care in the Reno area is a steep challenge. Each year that goes by it seems more and more difficult to find reliable opportunities. I would strongly suggest administrators take a close look at the model used by Mayo Clinic in Phoenix where I often go for treatment with a higher degree of confidence! Reno, no referral no treatment. Mayo Clinic, how can we help you-

First time visit and I felt at ease and relaxed and could explain my situation while the doctor understood what I was saying. He explained in detail what my next steps are to be. I have every confidence in him as my Cardio doctor.

Follow up appointments within time frame refer are NEVER AVAILABLE and have to be put on wait list. Totally unacceptable

The Phy Asst' and Dr Khieu were great. Checked details carefully and reviewed files in advance. Excellent listener, was reassuring, used facts, statistics, underscored his experience with my symptoms. Reviewed testing options and follow up choices.

The receptionist were pleasant and very professional. My first visit with Dr. Khieu was excellent. I really like him and feel very comfortable with him as my doctor. My experience with Renown since I moved here eight years ago has been wonderful.

Entered Renown facility and the fire alarm had gone off. I was still allowed to use the elevator and arriving at the third floor for Cardiology ; not one staff member told me that this was a fire or a fire drill and I should leave the building.

Sydney that checked me in the office . She was amazing, the compassion she showed for this gentleman that was there , a disabled gentleman, and the time that she spent to help him and get phone number for someplace he needed to make an appointment. You just don’t see that much anymore. It was so great to see that. I really liked the doctor a lot. He was great and the lady that did my EKG was also very nice. A great office!
