Hi, Dr. Wallace has always been very nice and she listens to our concerns about any time that we come into the office. We enjoy our visit with the front office. They are usually pretty sweet and they're very attentive. So we appreciate everybody there at that facility, especially Dr. Wallace. She deserves 10s all across the board. Thank you.

I'm always satisfied with this medical center, people working in there are friendly and nice, it isn't crazy crowded and its the first place crossing my mind to go whenever I need medical care. I usually recommend this place to anyone who ask's me about a medical clinic.

I came from military health care where no one gives a crap about you. Dr. Wallace walks in the room and makes you feel comfortable immediately and talks to you like you have known each other for years. This is a complete 180 from what I have been use to at other places I've lived. The office staff are great, med techs are great and Dr. Wallace is one of the best in the industry and I am so grateful I found her. I'm lucky I found this med clinic.

I'm so glad I chose to establish my care with this facility! My only complaint involves the initial check in process. The check in process was a little confusing because the front desk girls didn't provide much instruction to myself or other patients in the lobby. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to speak to them when I entered or only check in online. I waited in line to speak to the front desk and when I got up there they asked me to have a seat. Then a few minutes later I was called back up to the desk to provide my insurance information which was a little annoying. After providing my insurance card I was once again asked to take a seat. A few more minutes passed and I was called up to the desk. They gave me back my card and provided me a clipboard with information I needed to fill out. I wish they had simply collected all of my information at once or told me what to expect when I first approached the reception desk. Although the check in process was a little frustrating the front desk ladies were very nice and I have already recommended this clinic to my coworkers. The provider, lab tech, nurse, and front desk ladies were all incredibly kind and friendly. Will definitely continue to use this clinic in the future.

I am so blessed to have found Dr. Wallace. She was fabulous! She answered all my questions and was extremely kind and compassionate. She is exactly what I was looking for in a primary care physician. It was such a good experience I am referring my daughter to her.

I told the doctor what I was feeling and she asked me what tests did she want me to run I was like I'm sick I don't know you are the doctor. I left with no medicine and no clue! I feel like I paid absolutely nothing!

Dr. Wallace is the best. She is very professional and she listens very intently. She is very caring of her patients. The nurses and staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very blessed having Dr. Wallace as my Doctor. She is awesome!

Dr. Wallace is amazing! She provided exceptional care to my three year old. He was scared of going to the doctor since he was sick, but her bedside manner made the experience fun for him. He left smiling and wanting to go back to see her. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family! UMC is so lucky to have her!

Dr. Wallace was amazing, friendly, kind, and patient. She sat down and listened to all my questions and concerns. I felt so comfortable with her, she never made it seem like she was in a hurry or rush to be doing something else. She made sure to ask "What else?" after every issue that was discussed while establishing care. I am so happy to have her as my new PCP!

Dr. Wallace has been nothing short of amazing during every appointment. She responds quickly and thoroughly on the MyTeamCare portal, she asks great questions and answers all of mine, and she is just so kind. I am very impressed by her and her nursing staff.

I felt welcomed and heard. I don't have pcp but felt extremely at ease speaking with dr Wallace (I believe her name was). She was informative and thorough, but she listened to me rather than rush me out of the room.

I have had terrible medical experiences up until switching to this office for my PCP; the staff, nurses, and doctor were all very friendly and patient with me and were accommodating and understanding when I expressed that I felt nervous. It makes a huge difference when the nurses feel genuinely caring and kind toward you as a patient like they do here!

Every time I tried to download the pictures of my ID and insurance, the system would throw me off and I would have to start over. I mentioned it to the staff at the desk and they said "yeah, that happens a lot" . No one offered assistance.

I simply loved my visit with DR. MIKEALA WALLACE. She was awesome. I appreciate that she was willing to listen to all of the things I needed her to know, and acted in the best possible way to address all these things.I HOPE she will be staying at MFM because, if that this is the case, I will be changing to her as my PCP. EXCEPTIONAL in every way!

Dr. Wallace was my primary care in Levelland Texas for 2 years, I know transfer up to the Lubbock,she is the most fabulous,fantastic. I'm 87 years old and she's the finest physician I had in all my 87 years. Love her dearly I'll drive 40 minutes just to visit my favorite doctor. She is class A.
