Dr. D'guerra, by all means, is the best primary care doctor I've ever dealt with. She is professional. She's personable. She takes her time. She doesn't rush me. She listens. She treats me like a person, an individual. We have a conversation. She cares about me. And I know that. I can feel it. And I care about her. She is somebody I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new primary care doctor. And I'm thrilled with her care. She gets an A plus at every single visit.

It's very difficult for me to get an appointment with Dr. D'guerra. I used to see her on a yearly basis, in addition to anytime I was sick. However, in the last year I've been given a hard time when I try to make an appointment. Other than trying to see her when I was sick, the first appointment that I tried to make was for my annual Medicare exam. When I got there I discovered that my appointment wasn't with Dr. D'guerra but with a nurse practitioner. When I told her that my appointment was supposed to be with Dr. D'guerra she informed me that Dr. D'guerra does not do Medicare well checks even though she did mine last year. When I finally met with Dr. D'guerra yesterday, she told me she does do Medicare well checks and she was surprised to hear that they wouldn't schedule me with her. I like to see Dr. D'guerra because she's supposed to be my primary and I want to make sure that she's kept up to date on things that are going on with me, plus I trust her and I don't trust PAs or NPS due to past experiences.

I think of Dr.D as intelligent,experienced, and very kind. She is patiently listening during my visits even tho there is a time allotted for my visit. ?

Dr. D'Guerra voice recorded my entire exam which I thought was a bit odd and made me uncomfortable. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling this way if this is something she does with all her patients.

Hi, Dr. D'guerra is our doctor for many years and my husband and I are very happy with her. And the only problem was this was an online call. I had the check-in was extremely long and that delayed me in getting on the call. And so I have a complaint about that. And then I had a problem trying to get onto the call and somehow we connected. I don't know how that worked out, but that was difficult. Once we were on, we had a great conversation. Dr. D'guerra, like I said, is great. Thank you.

The girls at the front desk checked me in and out with such kindness, ease, & patience. They were friendly & accommodating. Thank you!!! My Nurse was wonderful, too. She was so pleasant & easy to talk to! Thank you!!! Dr. D'Guerra was wonderful, as ALWAYS! She took her time with me & listened attentively to me. She is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, & has excellent bedside manners! Thank you so much!!! Dr. D'Guerra truly cares about her patients! I feel so fortunate to be her patient.

My appointment was at 2:40 I arrived at 2;15 was brought in examining room around 2:25 the dr came in room at 3:20. Never during this wait did anyone come in to check upon me or let me know that they are behind. No courtesy

I appreciate that the doctor is thorough, and is sometimes running late. However, I arrived 15 mins. prior to the appointment, and it was about an hour before I was called into see the doctor. Everyone who came into the office after me, was called into their appointment before me.

Dr D'Guerra is very compassionate, knowledgeable and insightful. [REDACTED], the one who took my blood pressure, etc. was extremely friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. They both made the visit a wonderful experience. Plus, the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I should never have to sit in the exam room for 40 minutes waiting for the doctor when my actual visit takes 2 minutes.

Scheduling needs to be up to date. I waited 45 minutes. I didn't get into the room until 35 minutes after my appointment. And at 45 minutes, the doctor finally came in. Thank you.

I would like to say I am very pleased with Dr. G. She is an excellent physician. She has a lot of patience. She listens to me and makes excellent recommendations. She goes over my records and my tests. So I am just real pleased with Dr. G. And I have no problems with any of the staff in the office, so I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care. Thank you.

Dr. D'Guerra is an excellent physician. She explains things well and listens to your concerns . She will have further testing done if she needs more information regarding your health. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving .
