The waiting room was full so they let my child and I waited in our car until they were ready for us. This was nice instead of having to stand awkwardly while not feeling good

Like all offices they are short handed, so had to go, make and appointment and then come back.

She brings high energy and attention to her role! She listened and addressed all stated concerns. Only negative was I didn’t receive any info regarding the culture results of my specimen.

Dr. Hovey was a great listener. You get the sense you are speaking to a friend. She did not discount me when I knew my ailment.

The front office told me it would be 10/15 minutes and I waited 50 minutes and the PA was there no more than 3 minutes
