Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Sean is always amazing with my kiddos he makes sure they understand what’s going on he ask them how they feel and talks to them very respectful I appreciate him and the professional service that he provides. I love working with the team in Gladwin they are amazing!

Everyone at the urgent care facility was kind, professional, and very respectful. I highly recommend them.

The waiting room was full so they let my child and I waited in our car until they were ready for us. This was nice instead of having to stand awkwardly while not feeling good

Like all offices they are short handed, so had to go, make and appointment and then come back.

Dr. Hovey was a great listener. You get the sense you are speaking to a friend. She did not discount me when I knew my ailment.
