What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The appointment went well. The Doctor was up to date on my vital iformation including asking about needing any refills for medications presently taking. She made a number of positive comments on present medical condition and past medical history. She also presented information on upcoming appointment and future evaluations (test) that will be used to determine the health of my heart.

Trying to get an appt w Dr Susan Sallach is extremely difficult. No 2 people who answer phones give same information. I was told to call in Feb for May 2025 appt. I did NOT receive a letter to schedule and when I called to make this appt, I was told she was already booked. And then was told to call back in May for a July appt. I really like Dr Sallach and wish to see her. Michelle was nice. Nurse Mary was OK

I enjoy working with them, they relate to me and I never feel like an outsider when we talk. Discussions are usually easy and it is good that the staff 'works with me'.

Overall I had a great experience at the office. Dr. Wenzel was nice and listened to my concerns. The results of my heart monitor came back within the expected timeframe. My only complaint was that the PCT that did my initial vitals and EKG was a little unprofessional. She was telling me how she kicked a doctor because she doesn’t like how they send people to the cardiac clinic “unnecessarily” and how she would have contests with her sister to see who could go longer without showering…it just didn’t seem like the right place for comments like that.

Excellent had to call after hrs snd had a call back which was AMAZING! Everyone makes you feel like they care. They talk to you, they take the time that you need as an individual.
