Dr. Rivers dealt with me on the day I was released from the hospital thru a phone visit. She was able to correct a mistaken [ ] made on my [ ]. Then,, she saw me as a post [ ] follow- up. She had familiarized herself with my long term and recent [ ]. Since I am a snowbird, I am sure this is more challenging. She addressed all of my concerns following my [ ] recurrence and [ ] that landed me in the hospital last week. She also reviewed my recent health history. She helped me figure out how to share my recent health history with my doctor back in NY. She was exceptionally kind, patient and very knowledgeable.

Michelle Rivers is the best physician I've ever had and I've had many in my 66 years. She is so friendly and approachable. She sits beside you and looks you in the eyes, instead of working at a computer with her back toward you. She makes a visit to the doctor a pleasant experience, no matter what medical problem you have. Please stay in Ft Myers, Dr Rivers!!

Dr. Rivers was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things to do with my [ ]. She always responds to questions and concerns on My Chart. When talking to her about my [ ] we discussed options to bring it lower. She explained side effects of the [ ] that was recommended. She was great and I am so glad that I have such a wonderful doctor! I also wanted to compliment the receptionist that was so friendly . She is the first person you meet and was so helpful.

Dr Rivers is an exceptional doctor. I have given her name to several of my friends. I always say “she gets me” also the gals that work with her are very courteous. I believe her name was Soshandta. It’s a pleasure to deal with her office.
