Dr Rivers was definitely outstanding. Very professional and seemed very interested in my conditions and concerns. Very easy to talk to. I felt very at ease with her. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

This was my first visit with Dr.Rivers and it honestly felt like I was speaking with a doctor that had been treating me for yours. Her friendliness made me comfortable. She put more time into my visit than any other doctor I’ve ever had.

Dr. Rivers was outstanding. She listens well to the patient, explains in detail all questions, has a great personality with a sense of humor, and is very professional. Nurse Bria is very kind, knowledgeable,, polite and professional as well. Thank you to both of them.

The RN that took my vitals and got me ready for the Dr was very professional, extremely nice and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name, she was lovely. Dr Rivers always takes the time to ask what my concerns are before we get started. It is very appreciated to feel heard and have a Dr that is concerned with the patient needs.

This is the best primary care office I have been to since living in Florida the last 7 years. I bounced around a few different places and was never fully satisfied. Truly appreciate the entire staff, the environment, how easy it is to get an appointment, etc.

Yes! The medical assistant was amazing. She was very helpful and super nice. Then Dr. Rivers was exactly what I needed. She took time to talk to me and did everything she could to help me! ❤❤

Dr. Rivers did an outstanding job communicating and explaining things in a manner that is understandable to the layman. She is also very thorough and detail oriented. In addition to her professionalism, she also shows compassion, concern and empathy. She is a great addition to the Lee Health team.

Dr. Rivers and the initial attending nurse were kind, attentive and wonderful as always. Dr. Rivers got me in to see her on short notice as I’ve been struggling with anxiety recently and just talking with her makes me feel better. I’m so happy to have found a PCP like her and the staff at the sanctuary!
