I felt that Ms. Mortensen was reassuring about how my therapy will assist me to better health, while also being realistic in her assessments about how the various components of the medical system work, such as Medicare requirements I need to meet. I am glad of this opportunity to provide feedback regarding Ms. Mortensen's fine care--the details I have provided in response to this survey are only a few of the specifics I could give, if I was not concerned that the survey would somehow 'time out' while I was explaining them ! Keep this provider !
