I'm always reassured when I find out my appointment is with Michelle Lakner because I know she will listen to me and address the questions I have rather than only the ones she has ready answers for. And she won't look pained or sigh when I ask. She approaches difficult questions with enthusiasm.

Michelle was very friendly and personable when we met. She described a detailed overview of what she was going to be doing and what I would be experiencing. She was very professional and described each step of the procedure before she did it and as she was doing it. She was always asking: how I was doing, how's the pain, am I okay? She was awesome!

I really appreciate the amount of detail and time that she provided me with. It seems that most doctors give you about five minutes and then they are gone.

Only teeny thing I'd say that might make her 99% instead of 100%/perfect is that she relays info a bit fast (or at 74 I'm getting slower at my "absorption rate,") so I need to be prepared to jot down a few details of things she tells me rather than try to remember everything. It may be me.....maybe I just need to say, "Please give me a sec to write that down." She's great!!
