Much appreciation for Dr Turnley and staff for LISTENING to my concerns and ordering necessary images and consultations to receive proper care necessary for my healing. Kudos esp to DEMETRIA and SAMANTHA for their PROFESSIONALISM and CARING COMPASSION every office visit even when I was suffering with chronic pain for nearly 9 months OJI. They truly uphold UAB CORE VALUES!! SHOW EMPATHY AND COMPASSION to patients!!

I appreciate the hard work done by everyone. You have very, very difficult jobs. However, humans are complex. We are more than just a system. Communication skills and bedside manner help patients to interact better with medical personnel. Thanks.

Everyone was so friendly and I didnt have to wait but maybe 5 minutes and I was called back. Dr. Turnley sat and listened to me and its hard to find doctors that'll sit, listen, and not in and out in a couple minutes. Highly recommend

Greatly appreciate the efficiency and the doctor's willingness to listen closely and patiently to me regarding my health conditions so that she would have a better big picture, which also made the visit more efficient. She showed interest and focus. I appreciate her direct conversation along with concern and focus on identification and treatment of root issues.
