She obviously takes a genuine interest in her patients. She has a great balance between asking questions and evaluating and explaining what she's doing and thinking (teaching). I think she is an exceptional.

Thanks for making time in your schedule. I had difficulty making an apt with a regular doctor for my serious ear infection. I called on a Monday morning and wasn't able to get in until Wed. Once that Dr. saw my ear she called Dr. Marks office and they scheduled an apt an hour and a half later. I was in a lot of pain with a serious double infection.

Professional, personable, excellent Doctor in surgery with a great outcome for my nose. Dr. Mark made a bad experience good considering it was the Holiday Season. I never thought about my nose much but Rudolf came to mind.
