She listened carefully, explored options, and made a plan for treatment options from simple to surgical, with emphasis on avoiding surgery if possible. She also explained things very well while not speaking down to me as a lowly Paramedic. Wish I'd seen her years ago.

Dr. Mark was great! She explained everything to me in a way that I understood everything needed to make a decision. Listened to my questions and answered them nicely. She checked my nose and mouth and for overall pain levels. Then had me answer a couple of questions for myself to decide. I was very happy with how she spent time and worked with me and my wife.

She obviously takes a genuine interest in her patients. She has a great balance between asking questions and evaluating and explaining what she's doing and thinking (teaching). I think she is an exceptional.

Thanks for making time in your schedule. I had difficulty making an apt with a regular doctor for my serious ear infection. I called on a Monday morning and wasn't able to get in until Wed. Once that Dr. saw my ear she called Dr. Marks office and they scheduled an apt an hour and a half later. I was in a lot of pain with a serious double infection.
