Dr Chu is a very compassionate and understanding doctor. I know she deals with patients that have more serious or difficult diagnoses but she always made me feel that I was her priority during my appointment.

Michele Chu is an outstanding physician who I trust with my life. Unfortunately, she is at the mercy of Renowns inadequate infracture and supporting staff numbers in other departments, like imaging and physical therapy.

My experience with Dr. Chu and everyone in her office (including her office staff, scheduler, PA, MA) have been phenomenal. Best experience with a medical office I’ve ever had and dealing with a [ ] diagnosis is the most difficult thing I’ve ever gone through. They are all amazing! I feel so blessed to have their support.

I had to get an [ ]. When the results came back she messaged me right away. She remembered that I was going to visit a family member and you on the message that she would see me when I got back. I thought that was so thoughtful of her to remember that.

I could not have felt like I was in better care than with Dr. Chu. She was very very informative and clear and has a lovely bedside manner. All of her staff were very quick to schedule and answer questions.

Doctor Michelle Chu made all possible ways to urgently order all necessary steps needed for my treatment. She’s an excellent doctor and really cares for her patients well being. I would like to give Cindy my gratitude for taking care of all the authorization needed, making all steps possible to make my 1st consultation with Doctor Chu possible. She went out and beyond her means to straighten all the barriers with Prominence. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me in this time of desperate need to be seen by Doctor Chu. My experience with Dr Chu and her team is outstanding in every way. At age of 82 and as a an active nurse of 50 years I am astounded at the caliber of service. Care is efficient, through and respectful.

She went above and beyond to describe the treatment options, answer questions, and discuss the surgical plan.
