The time Dr. Chu spent with me was wonderful. She explained everything in perfect detail to me. Her office staff were very quick and efficient with my scheduling of referrals, tests and surgery. I wouldn't see anyone but her.

Dr. Chu took the extra initiative to run my [ ] a second time to double-check the accuracy of the written results. She went above and beyond to describe the treatment options, answer questions, and discuss the surgical plan. Her team was helpful with efficiently scheduling all of the necessary [ ] and getting me on the calendar for [ ] as quickly as possible. Dr. Chu completed the [ ] with 100% clear margins so that I did not have to [ ]. I am forever grateful to Dr. Chu and the entire team for the superb care and kindness. She is a superhero and breast cancer nemesis.

Dr. Chu & her staff (Alexis & Laura) are responsive, helpful & have shown patience & compassion as I learned about my breast cancer diagnosis and how to address it. Something I'm still wrapping my head around but feel grateful I'm surrounded with a great team of medical professionals.

Dr. Chu was kind, caring, and incredibly competent. Her explanations were thorough and thoughtful. She even had her team double-check the biopsy results completed by a different lab before our first appointment. I was so impressed with Dr. Chu. My husband felt like she was a superhero when she met with us both before [ ]. I knew I was in very capable hands and that confidence is so important when you are going through [ ]. And she was successful at [ ] with clean margins!

Dr. Chu explains everything in easy verbiage that her patients can understand. She provides you with her professional advise to provide the patient with all possible options for their care. The entire staff for Dr. Chi team mirrors the care, professional and kindness her team provides. At the end of any interaction Dr. Chu makes sure her patient understands everything from the prior procedure to upcoming exams and also provides you with information to advocate and extra steps you can take to help with healing. I wish more providers and their staff were on point like Dr. Chu and her team. I feel safe knowing I have their team providing me care.

With a long line of [ ] in the last year and a half, we saw quite a lot of each other. She and I were in agreement to approach my [ ] with everything we throw at it. In the end, we both are confident that we most likely one the battle! I'm very grateful for her courage and determination to fight the battle against a relentless disease! She's the best!

Dr Chu is an outstanding, highly competent, professional who invokes the patient at every point in her decision process. I like her reflective communication style. Her staff (Laura, Debra) is professional, respectful and kind. The Physical Therapist Katherine is professional, thoughtful and highly competent in her patient interactions. It’s reassuring to be on the A Team. Five stars for this medical team

All of the care that everyone provided, from nurses and the doctor to schedulers and receptionists were amazing. I felt heard, cared for and had the best experience I've had in Reno in 10 years with medical care.

Dr. Chu really did a thorough verbal & physical exam related to my [ ]. She reviewed what was, explained the future plan of care, provided me information on diet and exercise and always allowed me time to share a thought or concern and to ask any questions. I am so pleased that Dr. Chu and her amazing team are there for me. I feel 100% confident in her and feel 100% supported!

Dr Chu is an extremely competent physician. I was diagnosed with [ ] recently. I was scared and didn't feel confident in what I needed to be doing. Dr Chu was very patient and empathetic. She broke things down for me to understand and gave me confidence that she would guide me along the way, not to panic. She had a plan which she went over with me. I feel extremely fortunate to have her on my side as my physician.

Staff prior to the visit was always on top of pre office visit testing and insured the test results were received. Dr Chu, introduced hers self, asked questions of me and shared plainly the results of the testing and her exam. Dr is an excellent physician in my opinion. My primary care physician Dr [ ] referred her to me and she is every bit on par as he is, and I have the upmost respect for him and now as well for Dr. Chu!
