Dr. Belgaus saved my life when I was told that the operation that I would have gotten, I may not have lived, but I'm here. I appreciate everything she and the whole staff there at Virtua has done for me. This is Joanne Kidd. I am so happy today she said I'm cancer-free and I can get my part out. God bless her and everyone there at the clinic. I just bless them all and even the patients. They're in good hands. And yes, I have recommended other people to go and talk to see her. Thank you so much. God bless you all.

Friendly staff, peaceful, atmosphere. Dr. Bilbao is always kind and informative. Her assistant, Danielle, is a sweetheart. Despite the reason (s), I needed an Oncologist, Dr. Bilbao and staff made this experience a pleasant one. I appreciate you All.

The Doctor and assistant and the front desk were very professional and made me feel very at ease eventhough I was very stressed they explained with care and answered all my concern and questions about my treatments. I give them all a 10 very satisfied

I have always been treated by the staff and Doctors attentively and with care. There has never been a time at either a visit or a phone call that my problems were not answered and solved. They are all a very caring group of people.

I have found with this medical experience, numerous mishaps and useless appointments which resulted in my wasted time and money.

Provider rescheduled my October 23 appointment less than 24 hours in advance which was an enormous inconvenience. I work full time and do not drive, so I don't have that kind of flexibility around appointments. It was very upsetting and caused a lot of stress for my family.

Dr. Bilbao is very understanding about me being autistic & having PTSD from an incident from the ages of 7-23 she really helped me to get through a pelvic exam & Pap smear. She definitely does deserve an award & educate other doctors about how to handle patients like me.

It is wonderful to have a Doctor and staff talk and treat you as if you were their only patient. They are quick to listen and assist you. I feel comforted and respected.

Dr. Bilbao is excellent. Not only is she professional and courteous, but she cares about her patients. You can feel it when she addresses your concerns and especially when you ask for advice on situations you are going through. I recommend her to all my friends and associates.

The only issue I had was that my appointment was 2:30 and I didn't see the doctor until 3:10.

From the moment that I walked into the office, I felt comfortable. The registration process went very well. The moment that I was brought back from the MA to meeting the doctor and walking through each and every step, I felt very, very comfortable from scheduling the surgery and being walked through and being talked to about every step that's gonna be taken. And the next initial steps after surgery, it just made me feel very comfortable. And I am very, very glad that I was referred to the doctor. And I will recommend her very highly to every person that I know that needs, you know, an oncologist. Thank you very much.

I felt like a queen due to the warmth of the office and the staff. The doctor was great with her exam and follow-up. I finally found a doctor that knew her subject and took the right decision. I loved the whole office

She was amazing, laughed with me, made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable time or actually an uncertain time. She made me feel very comfortable and she was just the best. Dr. Bilbao is very, very attentive and her bedside manner is a 10. I felt like she really listened and she cared about the things I had to say, the questions that I had, and she did ask me more than once if I had any questions and was trying her best to clarify things that were unclear to me. She did a good job with explaining everything very thoroughly, and I appreciate that. You don't get that all the time.

The meeting with Dr. Bilbao is a difficult one due to the nature of the disease, but they made us feel very comfortable, confident, and secure in the care that we were receiving. We would highly recommend Dr. Bilbao as our staff. We'd like to give an extra special acknowledgement towards [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. So [REDACTED], we see in the office and Jaria helps us on the phone, you know, with all the scheduling for surgeries and everything, and they're also both exceptional as well as Dr. Bilbao.
