The whole staff, including the girl that checked me in, the regular nurses, the NT, everybody was super, super friendly. They were very educated. They made me feel very, very comfortable.

Dr . Mitchelle Bilbao. Is the best. And most caring doctor I have ever met. I am so fortunate to have her. I mentioned to my daughter that when she comes in and I'm sitting there, she pulls her stool right up to where I'm sitting in. Looks me straight in the eye. I like that direct eye contact makes me know that she's really a caring doctor in person.

This provider was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I trust this provider with my care and I believe we created an individualized treatment plan for me. I would definitely recommend this provider to others. Although I only had 1 appointment with provider I suspect she is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Belgaus saved my life when I was told that the operation that I would have gotten, I may not have lived, but I'm here. I appreciate everything she and the whole staff there at Virtua has done for me. This is Joanne Kidd. I am so happy today she said I'm cancer-free and I can get my part out. God bless her and everyone there at the clinic. I just bless them all and even the patients. They're in good hands. And yes, I have recommended other people to go and talk to see her. I have always been treated by the staff and Doctors attentively and with care. There has never been a time at either a visit or a phone call that my problems were not answered and solved. They are all a very caring group of people.

I have found with this medical experience, numerous mishaps and useless appointments which resulted in my wasted time and money.

Provider rescheduled my October 23 appointment less than 24 hours in advance which was an enormous inconvenience. I work full time and do not drive, so I don't have that kind of flexibility around appointments. It was very upsetting and caused a lot of stress for my family.

Dr. Bilbao is very understanding about me being autistic & having PTSD from an incident from the ages of 7-23 she really helped me to get through a pelvic exam & Pap smear. She definitely does deserve an award & educate other doctors about how to handle patients like me.

Dr. Bilbao is excellent. Not only is she professional and courteous, but she cares about her patients. You can feel it when she addresses your concerns and especially when you ask for advice on situations you are going through. I recommend her to all my friends and associates.
