Every single person who I encounter was extremely courteous, polite and kind. I was glad to see that NCH participates in giving students from [ ] an opportunity to learn firsthand. She was very shy. But I hope she learns everything she needs to learn from your talented nursing staff. I hope I was able to encourage her be all that she can be.

A prescription was sent to pharmacy. Did not have dosage so I still do not have the script. Pharmacy contacted your office two times and I called twice and left messages. Nothing!!!! Needless to say, I will not bother again.

This was my first appointment at your office. Everyone in the office took their time to make sure I understood all the preparations for my upcoming colonoscopy. I have had colonoscopies at another location but this was the most time spent with me prior to my upcoming procedure.

Michelle was excellent. However, I must add that Anne, the young lady that weighed me, took BP etc was impossible for me to understand. I had to have her repeat the questions a number of times. Very frustrating

I've had 4 interactions with the office including a colonoscopy. I've seen the doctor twice, and two different assistants. The assistants were cordial and professional, but not very tuned into my particular condition. The doctor seems to be incredibly knowledgeable, and professional.
