What else would you like to say about your experience?
Michelle listens very well and she always considers what the patient has to say. It's kind of refreshing to have that. And she always explains everything very well. If I'm not very medical oriented, if you will, and she explains it in layman's terms that I can understand.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Both Michell and the other nurse. They were both so amazing and helpful and made me feel heard unlike my other doctor and I am so excited to have them as my caretakers when I need a doctor and she actually did what she was supposed to do and I couldn’t have asked for a better care team
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing she was so amazing and I have nothing really to complain about that needs improved.

Michelles calm presence gives you immediate reassurance that it's all going to be alright. Understanding and listening to your concerns is something that Michelle does visit after visit and are met with the same level of professionalism every time.
