I waited 50 minutes after my appointment time in the waiting room waiting to be called in. I understand there may be emergencies but nothing was communicated to me. My visit with the Dr. Isaacs was exactly what I expected. She knows her stuff and listens to you. The medical Assistant that was with her was very pleasant.

The medical assistant that brought me into the exam room is a little cold and not welcoming. Very dry. She basically said, here's a gown, change. Okay, thank you, bye.

I was kept waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment and another 10 minutes once I was in an exam room for a total of 50 minutes. I was then only seen for 10 minutes and Michele Isaacs disregarded my concerns, belittled my concerns about my weight gain and basically told me that she couldn't help me. I asked for hormone testing and she essentially said it will only show that I'm in menopause, nothing further. I have asked for hormone testing two years in a row and basically told no. I will not be returning to this practice. I will no longer see Michele Isaacs.

Hi, I always wanted to recommend you always have gowns that are wrapped in plastic to keep them sanitary for patients. And all that plastic just gets thrown in the garbage. There is a way, if you save just the clean plastic in a bin, it can be recycled as plastic film. Right now, I currently bring my plastic film to the grocery store, but as a facility that goes through thousands of those bags in maybe a month or more, I think it would be great if you had some way of collecting them so they could be recycled. Since they're already clean, they're very easy to manage and they're very easy to compact. Also, I just noticed that in the room that I was in, there was a large amount of dust along the top of the board where they can put x-rays, I guess, up to look at the light board.
