They were behind on there appointment time. I had a 1:00 appointment it didn’t get called in til 1:35. Other than that my experience with Dr. Michel and his staff couldn’t have been better.

Dr. Michel is a truly caring doctor. His wonderful personality puts you at ease and makes it easy for you to communicate with him. He takes the time to answer questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He’s the best!

Dr Michel is a very caring and professional doctor.He really cares about u as a person.He ask questions relevant to the visit and answers every questions i ask..He explains and makes sure u understand. He is on top of u getting all vaccines and worries more about my lab results sometimes more tham me.Which is a great thing.I feel that Dr Michel is one of the Best ..His MA Darlene is fantastic. Very caring and professional nurse who genuinely cares for her patients..When Darlene isnt available the office should be closed because its ran more smoothly when shes there..One last thing that Dr Michel does at the end of the visit he walks u over to the lab to get ur blood drawn..Even if you've been there before he still takes the walk with you...keep up the good work Dr Michel and Darlene.

Provider could use someone in the room recording notes on an Ipad so that Steve doesn't have to do this at home on his off time. Commercials for Oak Street Health show such a person being in the exam room at the same time.
