Provider could use someone in the room recording notes on an Ipad so that Steve doesn't have to do this at home on his off time. Commercials for Oak Street Health show such a person being in the exam room at the same time.

Dr Michel always show concern about my health. Dr Michel recommends specialists and medications only when necessary. Being my husband and I doctor for 25 years or more, I value his decisions.

Dr. Michel is a very caring doctor. He always greets you with a smile. Makes sure you understand any new info he has given you. Explains everything. Does not rush through his exam routine. Always feel very comfortable with him. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Michel!
