They do not rush you. They take time with you to listen to what is going on with your health. They answer all your questions.
I love it there.
You matter to them.

We were treated very well. Sometimes we don't always understand some of the medical terminology answers to our questions, but they at least answer our questions and don't rush us through like some.

The NP Amanda was very focised on my issues and explained each step of her treatment plan. She would follow up with the results as soon as she received them, which she did. A truely profisional individual.

When Amanda came in, she was very pleasant, very concerned, walked me back to the front after my appointment to help me set up for a CT scan and over to the lab for blood work. Everything went smoothly. She was very personable, very well educated. I would definitely recommend going back.

The staff are all very quick to respond and have excellent customer service. Dr Harms is the best you could ask for in a Primary Physician

I have gotten exceptional care at the Bethalto Convenient Care and Bethalto Primary Care Physicians.

I appreciate everything and everyone. I would recommend 10/10! The staff was patient and kind. The room was clean. The nurses were supportive and superb.

I was pleased with everyone that I saw out there. They were all very helpful and I most certainly will be back there again.

Amanda is a treasure. She is competent and goes above and beyond to take good care of her patients. I have all the confidence in the world in her. Give her a raise!

Everyone was considerate and professional. The people make this an excellent care facility.

Nothing. I actually went in a few minutes ahead of my appointment time. I’ve been going to this facility for years now and will continue to do so.
