I am impressed with Amanda. She doesn’t rush through my exam and answers all my questions in terms that I understand. She is kind and very understanding.

I didn't feel my concerns were taken seriously. I felt like the provider was just trying to get me out of the office.

I have always received excellent care, communication and compassion at Family Physicians in Bethalto. Dr Micheal’s always listens to what ever I am talking about. Love her.

Amanda always takes time to listen to my issues if any and never rushes me. She’s always asking how the family is and genuinely shows care in her patients.

A little more time spent reviewing the information from an assessment sent weeks before to be ready for a response at time of visit. I had to wait til they “skimmed “ the report.

Amanda was great! She listened, had suggestions for me and followed up on my test results 1st thing in the morning and sent a referral to a specialist which called not long after. Extremely happy with her.

Ever since I transferred to Dr. & Amanda Michaels, I feel so much more comfortable. It’s a relaxing environment & I don’t stress out about having to go in like I did at my last doctors. The staff is always so friendly…& Amanda Michaels is AWESOME!!!

The entire visit went well and everyone I encountered was friendly.
