Amanda was great! She listened, had suggestions for me and followed up on my test results 1st thing in the morning and sent a referral to a specialist which called not long after. Extremely happy with her.

Ever since I transferred to Dr. & Amanda Michaels, I feel so much more comfortable. It’s a relaxing environment & I don’t stress out about having to go in like I did at my last doctors. The staff is always so friendly…& Amanda Michaels is AWESOME!!!

Nothing, I’ve never had any issues, everyone is very pleasant.

The entire visit went well and everyone I encountered was friendly.

Nothing really..staff was courteous and efficient and Amanda was easy to talk to. She listened and thoughtfully answered any questions I had.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Amanda Michaels made me feel comfortable talking to her and I appreciated her valuable time with me. I have trouble asking competent questions when I'm already feeling poorly and I'm not able to think clearly. She allowed me to ask questions in a poorly worded manner, but I sensed that I may have been wasting her time even though she never expressed this verbally to me. I did appreciate she did examine me with listening to my heart and lungs.

Always live my visits with Amanda Michaels NP. I always feel like she listens to me and always has such good advice. I pay a higher copay just to see her ☺️

I think Amanda is extraordinary!! She is so very nice I felt like she really cared about my concerns.She is professional, kind, a good listener and never makes me feel like my questions are unimportant.

Amanda repeatedly asked if I had all my concerns covered. She seemed to listen carefully and definitely was trying to resolve concerns. The staff is always efficient.
