The receptionists were not very friendly at all. I walked up said hi and they just looked at me with "looks" on their faces and didn't say anything. THEN when one deigned to speak I could barely hear her. Both looked like I was just BOTHERING then SO much!! Very rude. This is the first time I've been treated that rude at UAB.

Great experience!! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was explained so that I felt that I knew my options and that my voice was heard for my choices.
