Dr Jackson is absolutely professional, courteous, and pleasant. His performance was perfect.

I would recommend him but he is going to be leaving I guess he's retiring. I think the only reason why maybe they were a little bit nicer to me is because before he came in I informed the nurse that I was very upset about everything that has been happening to me since I've been coming there I told them if they were not going to help me for the last six months that I've been coming here I have not yet had any treatment after getting off these pills and I've been coming for 6 months and I was told her how upset I was so I think he was informed that I was a little bit angry before he came in maybe that's why he was so concerned and he was helping me so much but I am a little upset taking 3 months to give me the results of my test and I had to waste all of that time he said they could have told me that over the phone I also informed him that my doctor said she could have gotten me off of my sleeping pills or I could go to a Sleep Center I told her I would choose to do the Sleep Center I would have probably been off of my sleeping pills by now so this is why I'm a little angry I hope you understand of my frustrations.

I think for this type of visit Virtual might be the best way to handle as long as you have the results from c-pap.

I got a call from the Sleep Center the day before to see if I wanted to have a virtual appt. I said I had been careful about staying safe and said it was up to them, what to do. So when I met Dr Jackson he kind of made a remark about coming into the office for a visit. I think he was joking but I apologized for coming in person. The appt went well with him but the chip I brought in to download my info for him to see was somehow broken. So I had to replace it with a new one. In hindsight, I would have not come into the office, and maybe they could've downloaded my info from my CPap. These are difficult times, my next appt to any Dr that offers, I will take a virtual visit if I can. Just for the record, I wore a mask during my appt.

Dr. Jackson is very patient each time I visit. He explains everything thoroughly, listens intently, and answers all of my questions. He looks for medication discounts and works with my insurance.

Dr Jackson was terrific. He was unhurried, took all the time I needed, answered my many questions and solved a concern I had about using my machine. He was a real blessing. I left feeling very happy.

Most thorough appt. w/this place. I really like him. Didn't rush. Actually did an exam. 1st one w/pulm. Typically get a 5 min. chat, but Dr. Jackson was great!

Dr. Jackson is very kind, patient, caring and compassionate. He is sincere and thoughtful with his explanations. He is also supportive and thorough by looking at all medical issues, not just his specialty.
