The staff was EXTREMELY nice but the doctor had a horrible bedside manner. He barely even looked at my eyes literally didn’t spend 5 minutes with me. I will not go back!

Seeing Dr V. He always makes me feel better. I truly believe he cares about his patients. It’s a two hour drive for me, but I always look forward to hearing what he has to say about my progress and any suggestions he has to help me.

Several hours of testing without any explanation or results from the doctor, l was given a printout about the optic nerve without any conversation. I left the clinic feeling angry and depressed. I do not plan to return.

All of the staff were super friendly! It’s always a long appointment for me, but everyone did great at updating me and moving things along as quickly as they could. This is a great specialty clinic that makes sure to give each patient the attention they deserve. Dr. V is the best!

Dr. V and his staff were amazing as always. This last visit I had issues with the check in staff which is unusual but frustrating given the circumstances. I had an emergency appointment and upon arrival the front desk wouldn’t sign me in or notify the doctor of my arrival. I ended up leaving and going to another appointment where Dr. V personally called me and apologized. I was then able to come back and see him. Just unusual due to the circumstances.

Dr is not very nice at all. Spent hours doing tests and they failed to give me a proper eye test so I could get my prescription for new eye glasses.. wasted my insurance for my annual eye test so now I have to pay for an eye examination .. they told me to come back another day and that hospital is an hour and a half away and I’d be charged again for a visit!
