Dr. [ ], Dr. Kase and Ivy [ ] made my visit very comfortable, and helped get me prepared for my upcoming surgery by answering my questions and those posed by my family members who were with me.

The entire staff was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was seamless and easy, I was brought back to my room right on time. Connie was amazing, super-friendly, and did an amazing job with my imaging and diagnostics. Dr. Kase was very professional, polite, patient with all my questions, provided detailed and clear instructions regarding my treatment plan, and already had his staff working on insurance benefits, deductibles, and costs before I even asked about it (Karen did a great job explaining my deductible, and out of pocket expenses– which were very reasonable). overall I was highly impressed with this visit, the care I was provided, and I believe this should be the benchmark for which all clinical offices should strive to achieve.

I am so grateful for the care and attention from each person I encountered in my visit yesterday. Ivy was especially patient and helpful. I love interacting
