I think Dr. Stokas is unfairly pressed for time with his patients because of the limited scheduling time he is allotted with each patient. He clearly wishes to spend more time listening to his patient but also knows that other patients are waiting to see him as well. This issue is not his fault but a product of the doctors not controlling their schedules and that should be addressed and changed.
