I have debilitating anxiety about doctors/hospitals/ labs ect. Dr Roach is patient and kind trying to deal with my anxiety and I very much appreciate that.

The nurse and doctor were very nice. It was her front desk person that was had a problem with. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. She doesn’t have the attitude for it. Kindness understanding smile. She has none of that.
