Dr. Rich actually reviewed my history, which isn't what happens with other doctors in the St. Alphonsus network. He ensured his explanation of my tests and outcomes were understood. He is very kind and courteous. I would give his name to all my family and friends who need the service and support Dr. Rich provides.

Dr. Rich was conscientious of my needs. Though it is customary, not all doctors ask if they can move a piece of clothing like Dr. Rich did when checking my heartbeat with the stethoscope. As someone with a history of sexual trauma, that inquiry was the difference between my day being amazing and being a difficult day of dissociation and flashbacks. His consideration makes a difference!
