Yes, I think Dr. Gonzales' office is very professional. And when I call, they get me right away and they're very, very sweet. Out of all of my doctors, and believe me, I have a lot of them, Dr. Gonzales' office is the best. And when I call to speak with the MA, it always seems like there's one available and when there's not, they call me back right away or they help me out. And I couldn't ask for anything better. I was nervous to change providers due to insurance change but Dr Gonzales exceeded my tough expectations. He knew my medical history, was patient with my questions, gave thorough exam, and thanked me for my business. So glad I got in with him as new patient and can understand why over 1,000 patient reviews average 4.8/5. I rate him a 5. Such a great experience. And facility is gorgeous.

Dr. Gonzales and his PA, Verna, are very friendly, easy to speak too and caring physicians. Any questions I may have, are always explained and answered to my understanding. My blood sugar has been well managed on the recommendations/suggestions I have received from Dr. Gonzales and Verna.

Dr.Gonzales is the best endocrinologist I have ever had. Plus he is a very kind human being. APNs Jill and Verna are also so great, professionals with great medical, nursing and communication skills. Everything runs so smoothly at this office-a VERY UNIQUE situation- compared to many experiences with Renown and other facilities.

Dr Gonzales and his team are kind and caring. Thorough in their evaluation and care plans. They listen to my concerns, and communicate clearly my care plan. They respond to messages promptly, and call me personally as well. I feel well cared for and my A1C is 5.9!!

Poor Dr. Gonzales just seems to have so many patients he does the best he can and mostly covers everything. He was very careful as he had another doctor shadowing him. He mostly explains everything I need to know.

Dr Gonzales was knowledgeable of my history upon entering the exam room. I was given a thorough exam and and advise on how to treat variables that will come up with diabetes. Wonderful that Renown finally has an endocrinology department. The nurse on duty was Verna and she was so sharp.

Dr Gonzales is one of the best doctors in our city and I have lived here 50+ years requiring endocrinology, cardiology, oncology and gynecology care. He is bright, he listens carefully to my concerns and has addressed each concern in detail. I am treated as a person and not just a medical problem to be solved. His staff also shows the same attention to practical matters from attentive greetings at reception to help with needed patient assistance paper work. The nursing assistants are also knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. My experience has been with Verna [last name] and Jill [last name]. This last visit with Dr Gonzales was especially satisfying as my concerns were thoroughly addressed. So thankful for this physician and his staff.
