Dr. Gonzales is very thorough with the information and details of the new medication he prescribed to help me feel better about my stomach issues and glucose levels. He’s compassionate about his patients concerns and feelings. He listens.

I cannot recommend this facility to people we know as Renown no longer takes United Healthcare Medicare Advantage.

I enjoyed this initial visit with Dr Gonzales. I felt seen and heard. He was friendly and listened. He answered my questions and concerns. I’m hoping moving forward things will continue to improve and go well. He was very clear about options, next steps, and when to potentially see changes. I’m truly grateful I could finally get in and switch into a Renown endocrinology department.

For outpatient lab draws, it used to be easy and timely. The way it functions now is totally disorganized. My appointment finished at 9:45. I got finished with the blood draw at 10:00 am. So my physician did good, the organisation of the outpatient lab
means I will not use the lab at South Meadows again!
