I enjoyed this initial visit with Dr Gonzales. I felt seen and heard. He was friendly and listened. He answered my questions and concerns. I’m hoping moving forward things will continue to improve and go well. He was very clear about options, next steps, and when to potentially see changes. I’m truly grateful I could finally get in and switch into a Renown endocrinology department.

The receptionist ignored me for several minutes. Another receptionist came around the corner and helped me. The Dr. was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Gonzales listened to my concerns about a medication i didn't want to take, we researched JAMA and other medical studies to assist me on understanding my decision to resume the medication.

For outpatient lab draws, it used to be easy and timely. The way it functions now is totally disorganized. My appointment finished at 9:45. I got finished with the blood draw at 10:00 am. So my physician did good, the organisation of the outpatient lab
means I will not use the lab at South Meadows again!

Out of all my docs, Dr Gonzales is the only one who cares. He is concerned and treats the body, not just the symptoms. He doesn’t care how old and “expendable” I am. He’s a good doctor.

Dr. Gonzales is wonderful. He is great at reading charts and listening at the same time. Because I've had these thyroid nodules for 45 years, there are lots of history and questions he needs to address. He's great at listening and helps me with all my medications and understanding bloodwork results.
I'm very grateful to have Dr. Gonzales as my endocrinologist. I've had many and he's the best, thanks for letting me be his patient!
