The experience I had was top-notch in all respects. Everything was exactly what it should be at Benson. The staff and the doctor exceeded my expectations in all respects. It was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had.

Dr. Gonzales is wonderful. He is great at reading charts and listening at the same time. Because I've had these thyroid nodules for 45 years, there are lots of history and questions he needs to address. He's great at listening and helps me with all my medications and understanding bloodwork results.
I'm very grateful to have Dr. Gonzales as my endocrinologist. I've had many and he's the best, thanks for letting me be his patient!

Dr. was very through when discussing hx, tests, lab work acceptable ranges. He look at me and spoke to me instead of looking at the computer during during my visit.

Dr. Gonzales is a wonderful doctor! I trust his professional opinion and care. The only downside to being so good, is that is hard to get an appointment with him. I now only get to see him once a year unfortunately. However, I am still grateful to be his patient and see him when I do.

Excellent experience. Dr. Gonzales was thorough and clear in his explanations. He listened attentively and answered my questions. He is the first doctor to physically examine my spine and limbs/joints for evidence of fracture or weakness.

Excellent provider & staff.
NOTE:In the waiting room there are magazines extolling healthy eating, the importance of weight control & benefits of weight loss. However, the majority of staff obviously do not practice those recommendations which does not model the desired behavior for patients. Does Renown offer free on-site gym access & incentives for staff to achieve & maintain healthy weight /BMI?

Dr. Gonzales is an excellent provider who takes time to discuss interventions and current research behind his recommendations. He is collaborative, attentive, and never makes me feel rushed during appointments.

Dr. Gonzales is the best endocrinologist I've ever had, hands down, really receptive, knows my medical history, is authentic, cares about me as a patient, cares a person, very, very attentive, knowledgeable. I had a copay of $60 to see the specialist for 10 minutes. It was a little frustrating to have to pay so much money for a quick appointment. Are virtual appointments available and cheaper?

Yes, Dr. Gonzalez was very precise and it didn't take long to do the biopsy and I haven't had, I don't have any bruises on my neck like I had when I had it down at Renown Hospital about two months ago. Anyway, he was very good. Thank you.

Facility was clean, bathrooms were available, plenty of parking, ease of finding the office, and plenty of places to sit in the waiting room and offered water.
