What else would you like to say about your experience?
As a medical professional myself, the provider was the least professional person I encountered. He walked in and never introduced himself. Instead looked at me like I was an inconvenience. He spent maybe 5 mins with my and then walked out. No nice to meet you, no communication that someone would be back in, or that I was good to go. It was the most bizarre experience.

I was in tears in the room with the nurses because the doctor didn’t care for what I had to say and when I kept voicing things they kept ignoring me. No one seemed to care or even pretend to have a nice bone In there body.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This was the first visit with Dr. Williamson, I usually see my Dr., but he wasn't available. Dr. Williamson was excellent in administering my injections, and the fact that he doesn't engage much is okay as well. What I had never had happen before, was the long wait in the exam room, around 45 minutes. That has never been the case with my Dr.

When I explained my problems, while just coming from another specialist office. It was miraculous how I was treated, with care and understanding!!

I just wanted to say that I work in the healthcare system, in the St. Louis healthcare system, and the physician, the staff was fine. I understand that it could run behind, and nobody has power over that. But the doctor was 51 minutes late to my appointment. He walked in, shook my hand. I introduced myself and he introduced himself. He was in there for a total of three minutes. Three minutes.

Dr. Williamson's done two knee replacements, three shoulder surgeries, and some other things for me. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

The doctor barely spoke. He didn't explain anything...We left feeling less than informed about my issues and options moving forward.

Based on past history with Dr Williamson, this visit met all my expectations. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. This is why I went back for the current issue.
He and his staff are great!!

When Dr Williamson walked in he was not smiling and he did not greet me I greeted him, he had an expression on his face that made me feel like what am I doing here. He was not personable in any way. I will not go back to that facility.

This was a first time visit. Visit was short as I do not have a major issue. Dr. Williamson is a man of few words but he is a good listener and performed a good physical exam on my shoulder.
