I just wanted to say that I work in the healthcare system, in the St. Louis healthcare system, and the physician, the staff was fine. I understand that it could run behind, and nobody has power over that. But the doctor was 51 minutes late to my appointment. He walked in, shook my hand. I introduced myself and he introduced himself. He was in there for a total of three minutes. Three minutes.

Dr. Williamson's done two knee replacements, three shoulder surgeries, and some other things for me. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

The doctor barely spoke. He didn't explain anything...We left feeling less than informed about my issues and options moving forward.

Based on past history with Dr Williamson, this visit met all my expectations. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. This is why I went back for the current issue.
He and his staff are great!!

When Dr Williamson walked in he was not smiling and he did not greet me I greeted him, he had an expression on his face that made me feel like what am I doing here. He was not personable in any way. I will not go back to that facility.

This was a first time visit. Visit was short as I do not have a major issue. Dr. Williamson is a man of few words but he is a good listener and performed a good physical exam on my shoulder.
