It was a welcome change to have medical team members who seemed to understand how stressful the situation is — but still present the potential options for treatment in terms I could understand.

We've seen Dr. ARROYO many times in the past and he and his staff have always been extremely professional in their treatment of the patient. We think Dr. ARROYO is the best of the best.

I went to my appointment with Dr. Arroyo comfortable that I would be evaluated and the best treatment plan proposed. During the appointment and then afterwards I was aware I was in competent and empathetic hands. I got the workup, diagnosis and outcome I had hoped. I am very happy that Dr. Arroyo is in the St. Luke's system as I am comfortable his skills are what are needed at times.

I only had my initial appointment so contact was very limited but good. The real measure will come during and after my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Arroyo and his staff are top notch! He is patient, informative, and a great listener. The nurse that takes your vitals? So very kind, pleasant and comforting. What a great team!
