Dr. Perez was easily recognized as a leader for the staff and he showed genuine responsibility for the performance of the whole team. The scheduler - Crystal - went above to make sure my needs were met to successfully support the accomplishment of the surgical plan. Janis in the pre-op area of the Holy Cross Hospital Fort Lauderdale was friendly, light and energetic in assuring comfort in the intake process. Phillip in the Hospital post-op area was thorough in assessing my discharge capacity. AND ALL THE others make it A GREAT TEAM!
