I think the doctor sets the tone for the entire staff, so he has created an atmosphere where staff is responsive to calls and requests.

Dr. Nakao spent a good amount of time with me, but I had so many questions that I have tried to ask during previous appointments and they were ignored. Dr. Nakao paid attention to me and answered my questions.
