This was my first time meeting Dr Parks and his team. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable answered all of my questions and even those I did not have to ask. Very professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The Physician Assistant Grant was also very knowledgeable and kind.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish during my recent orthopedic appointment. Every single person I interacted with contributed to a seamless, supportive, and highly professional visit.
Administrative Office: The check-in and check-out process was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and handled my insurance paperwork quickly, which immediately put me at ease.
The Physician Assistant (PA): The PA was fantastic. They took the time to do a thorough initial assessment, listened carefully to my history of joint pain, and explained the preliminary steps with great clarity and empathy.
The Doctor: Dr. Parks provided exemplary care. I never felt rushed. He and his PA broke down my imaging results in simple, universal language and walked me through all my treatment options. Their expertise and warm bedside manner gave me complete confidence in my recovery plan. Additional Comments: It is rare to find a medical office where the administrative team, clinical staff, and physicians are all perfectly aligned in providing top-tier patient care. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful appointment such a positive experience. I will highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Parks had performed knee replacement surgery on both of my wife's knees and the outcome excellent. He takes his time to explain the procedure and what your expectations should be afterward. Visited in the recovery room and gave overview of how things went.

I am literally up walking outside with my dog without the use of any ambulatory devices a week after my bilateral knee surgery. My legs are straight & feel solid & the scars are already well on their way to being healed. His team has been in constant touch with me. I couldn't have been in better hands.
